In all cases, bp8's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bp8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure by bp8 for cause, any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus play that has not yet met applicable wagering requirements may be forfeited.
